Schlettau

In the Erzgebirge district, the town of Schlettau is nestled in the upper Zschopau valley at the confluence of the Zschopau and Roter Pfütze rivers. The town of Schlettau with its population of about 2500 and its district Dörfel is one of the oldest towns in the upper Ore Mountains. The castle of the same name is one of the most important architectural monuments on the old historic salt road.

Scheibenberg

A few minutes away from Schlettau is the small mountain town of Scheibenberg.

Crottendorf

South of Schlettau you can find the “village of smoked candles” – Crottendorf.

Mountain town Annaberg-Bucholz

Sightseeing of the beautiful old town. Especially during the Christmas season, Annaberg is considered one of the most beautiful destinations in the Ore Mountains.

Geyer
